DInGaAs Series Te Cooled InGaAs Detectors

TE cooled InGaAs detectors, spectral range from 0.8 μm to 2.6 μm.

DInGaAs (x) TE detectors have the same construction and x-1700/ 1900/ 2200/ 2400/ 2600, all use import two stage TE cooled InGaAs detectors.

Professional DInGaAs Series detectors

DInGaAs series detectors are slit mount design, are room temperature, and high performance. InGaAs detectors operate over the NIR range from 0.8 μm to 1.7 μm. The DInGaAs1600, DInGaAs1650 and the DInGaAs1700 detectors all have the same construction design.

Each unit is compatible with the Omni- family of monochromators exit slit.

DInGaAs (x) TE detectors have the same construction and x-1700/ 1900/ 2200/ 2400/ 2600, all use import two stage TE cooled InGaAs detectors. DInGaAs 3800 detector is also available. Please see specifications tab.

DinGaAs Detectors Application Advice

  • DinGaAs series and  DInGaAs - TE series detectors are in current output mode, before connecting to the signal processors such as oscilloscope or lock-in amplifier, the IV-Trans-impedance Amplifier ZAMP is proposed to be connected as a preamp which can convert the current signal to voltage signal. If the signal processor indicates that is can be input correct signal, you can connect the detectors to the signal directly. In order to improve the detection sensitivity, the IV Tranc- Impedance Amplifier is recommended.
  • DInGaAs series and DInGaAs-TE series detectors used with the DCS103 data acquisition system, the IV-Trans-impedance Amplifier is recommended in order to improve the detection sensitivity.
  • DInGaAs series and DInGaAs-TE series detectors used with the DSC300PA data acquisition system, as signal amplifier has been integrated in the DCS300PA dual-channel; it does not need to match a preamplifier.
  • In the TE cooled mode, DInGaAs-TE series detectors must work with Temperature controller (ZTC) for cooling control.
