euroLED 2009 – Europe's Leading Event in Solid State Lighting

Gilden are pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at this year's euroLED show, stand # LED50, on the 3rd and 4th of June at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.

In its 6th year, euroLED is firmly established as Europe's premier event dedicated to solid state lighting. Gilden will be there to promote our range of products and services provided, including the Gigahertz-Optik range of light measurement instrumentation, whom we are the distributor for in the UK and Ireland. Gigahertz-Optik manufacture many instruments and integrating spheres for carrying out measurements of LED's, OLED's, displays and other light sources.

The BTS-256 LED Tester from Gigahertz-Optik is one instrument which will appeal to visitors at euroLED, especially those visiting from LED processing plants, where the instrument can be used for incoming inspections, as well as production control and final product qualification processes. The BTS-256 is a hand held instrument that allows qualification of luminous flux, spectral flux distribution and colour data of single LED's already assembled to printed circuit boards. Furthermore, if combined with an integrating sphere, which is offered optionally, LED arrays or complete luminaires can be measured.
